We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued at LearnAcadme.
1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all course purchases made on the LearnAcadme platform operated by Mos Utility Private Limited ("Mos Edu Seva", "we", "us" or "our"). By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to this policy.
2. Eligibility for a Refund
You may be eligible for a full refund of the course fee if all of the following conditions are met:
- The refund request is raised within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
- You have not consumed more than 20% of the total course content (measured by lessons or watch time).
- You have not downloaded any downloadable resources, certificates or proprietary materials.
- The request is supported by a clear, good-faith reason such as accidental purchase, technical issues that we are unable to resolve, or material discrepancies between the course and its description.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- The request is raised after 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
- More than 20% of the course has been viewed or completed.
- A certificate of completion has already been issued.
- The course was offered under a special promotion, bundle or "no-refund" offer that was clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
- The reason is a change of mind, lack of time, or course difficulty that is consistent with the published course description.
- Violation of our Terms & Conditions, including content sharing, account misuse or fraudulent activity.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Email info@moseduseva.com from your registered email address with the subject line: "Refund Request – [Course Name]".
- Include your order/transaction ID, course name, and a brief description of the reason for the refund.
- Attach any relevant screenshots or supporting evidence.
5. Review & Processing Timelines
- Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 working days.
- Eligible refunds are approved within 5–7 working days after verification.
- Once approved, the refund is initiated to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the amount typically reflects in your account within 7–10 working days.
- Payment gateway charges or third-party transaction fees, where applicable, may be deducted from the refund amount.
6. Failed or Duplicate Payments
If you were charged for a transaction that did not complete successfully, or you were charged more than once for the same course, please contact info@moseduseva.com with the transaction details. The duplicate or failed amount will be refunded to your original payment method after verification, usually within 7–10 working days.
7. Cancellations
As LearnAcadme courses are delivered digitally and access is granted immediately after a successful payment, there is no separate cancellation window beyond the refund eligibility window described above.
8. Modifications to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page along with a revised "Last updated" date. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
