Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the LearnAcadme platform.
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LearnAcadme website, mobile experiences, and online courses (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by Mos Utility Private Limited ("Mos Edu Seva", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to register an account or purchase a course. By using the Platform, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, current and complete.
3. Account Registration & Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used fraudulently.
4. Course Purchases & Payments
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed through trusted third-party gateways (such as Razorpay). We do not store your full card or banking details on our servers.
- Once a payment is successful, the course will be made available in your "My Courses" dashboard, typically within a few minutes.
5. Licence & Permitted Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and full payment of the applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the course content for your personal, non-commercial learning. You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any course content.
- Share your account credentials or course access with any third party.
- Download, scrape, mirror or otherwise circumvent technical protection measures.
- Use the content to develop a competing product or service.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, branding and software on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Mos Utility Private Limited and are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Platform in any way that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes the rights of others. We may remove content or restrict access to users who violate these standards.
8. Refunds
Refunds, if any, are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Third-Party Links & Services
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Mos Utility Private Limited. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of such third-party resources.
10. Disclaimers
The Platform and all course materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding career outcomes, salary expectations or job placements based on completion of any course.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mos Utility Private Limited, its directors, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant course in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mos Utility Private Limited and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Platform.
13. Modifications
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, or applicable law. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
